Om Praksh Mishra has started his activity as a lecturer in Westmost Bengal Educational Service (W.B.E.S.) paper posted at Jhargram Raj Institute initially before joining at Jadavpur University in the same country.
He progressed through his pedagogy and academic journey in Jadavpur University prior to his oining as interim Vice-chancellor at Asylum of North Bengal. He very served as HOD of Bureau of International Relations, Jadavpur Institution.
